Murder in Suburbia

Ash (Caroline Catz) and Scribbs (Lisa Faulkner) are a pair of pally cops who moan about their single status while working together to solve murder cases in a detective-story style that gives viewers a chance to decipher the clues. Tonight, Ash and Scribbs are called first to investigate the murder of a young woman, a member of a singles club. Then, the murder of a young man, Charlie Egan, whose body was found in a golf-club swimming pool on his stag night.

Just Sex And Nothing Else

A comedy about love (or the lack of it) and life in Budapest. Judit Schell plays Dora, a thirtysomething single career woman who decides she would like to have children despite a totally discouraging dating scene. She places a no-strings-attached ad in the personal columns and begins a series of dalliances with wholly unsuitable contenders. Could her problems have been solved had she looked closer to home?

Extreme Beats

NITV, 9.30pm

A Canadian series with a strong Australian flavour as two police officers, Sergeant Diane Nadjiwon from Ontario and Senior Sergeant Lindsay Greatorex from Halls Creek, Western Australia, pay exchange visits, working together on each other's beats.
