Synopsis

Who can forget these words? This line is from the soundtrack of "Beauty and the Beast" , which climbed the charts when the film was released in 1991. "Beauty and the Beast", the only animated film that received an Oscar Best Picture nomination, is truly one-of-a-kind classic movie.
The story "Beauty and the Beast" has a simple but moving plot: A prince named Adam is cursed because of his being arrogant. The handsome prince turns into a beast and the only way he can end the spell is if he falls in love with a woman who loves him back. He must find his true love before he celebrates his 21st birthday. Otherwise, he will remain a beast living in a lonely castle for the rest of his life.
Several years after the prince became a beast, there's an inventor named Maurice captured in the Beast's castle because of trespassing. Maurice is Belle's father so when she learns that he is imprisoned, she asked the Beast to free his father and have her to stay in the castle instead. Although the Beast is stubborn, Belle is able to find a way to win his love. She also makes friends with the anthropomorphic objects in the castle, which were the Beast's servants. Eventually, the two fell in love with each other and the Beast breaks the spell.
"Beauty and the Beast" is definitely among the most memorable and favorite movies of women and children as well. This Disney classic is full of emotion, astounding music, and impressive animation. It is more than just a love story for the film depicts that love, indeed, conquers everything.
